I operate what is commonly referred to as a ‘cash only’ practice. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan; however, I do not work or subscribe with any insurance carrier. For therapy provided, clients pay me directly and have the responsibility to obtain reimbursement, where available, from their insurance company. I recommend calling your insurance provider to find out what benefits you have. They will inform you the reimbursement rate for therapy provided outside of your preferred network. I am credentialed as an EAP provider through ComPsych.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not provided at least 24 hours advance notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. All appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours advance notice are subject to a missed appointment fee of $25.00.

Returned Checks

Returned checks will be charged the amount of the check and a $25.00 processing fee.
